Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; 1 year of recent experience as a Cook or Prep Cook.
• Must be 18 years of age or older; pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screen and background check; obtain gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Cooks and prepares a variety of foods according to menu and demand.
• Reads and follows standardized recipes for all venues.
• Maintains clean, organized, sanitized work areas and equipment.
• Communicates with Room Chef and teammates; ensures safe par and stock levels.
