Lucky Eagle Casino in Rochester, WA is seeking a Line Cook II for our fast-paced kitchen. You will assist all cooks with daily routines, help prepare daily entrees, set up and break down stations, and ensure safe food handling and temperatures.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of high-volume kitchen experience, strong knife skills, and knowledge of various cooking techniques. A WA Food Handler/ServeSafe permit is preferred, and applicants must be 18+ with ability to obtain a gaming

Qualificações

• Two years of culinary experience in a high-volume kitchen.
• Mid to advanced knife handling skills.
• Knowledge of a variety of cooking techniques.
• Washington State Food Handlers Permit and ServeSafe preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and break down cook stations and fill supply requisitions.
• Know and perform all tasks in the kitchen.
• Create entrées for daily service and future events.
• Maintain station cleanliness and proper stock rotation.
• Ensure stock is properly dated and rotated.
• Follow Disaster Plan and safety procedures.
• Work safely with PPE and contribute to high quality products.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
