Responsibilities

• Report to work in a clean, complete uniform in a timely manner.
• Monitor sanitation and cleanliness of work station, kitchen and equipment.
• Adhere to company and department policies and procedures.
• Maintain par levels determined by Sous Chef.
• Label and date products produced daily.
• Follow menu specifications precisely as directed by the Executive Chef.
