Job summary

Stein Eriksen Lodge in Park City, Utah, is seeking a dedicated Steward to maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen, Bistro, Conference Center, Bake Shop and Main Kitchen under chef supervision.

Responsibilities include all cleaning projects, chemical safety, sanitation of silverware, organization of dishes, and regular maintenance of dishmachines, trash removal, and floor care, with a supportive team environment and winter parking perks.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, push, pull 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all cleaning projects.
• Maintain chemical storage and proper usage of chemicals.
• Sanitize and polish silver on regular schedule determined by chef.
• Properly organize all dishes and glassware in proper racks.
• Maintain all dishmachines on a regular schedule.
• Empty trash regularly.
• Sweep and mop areas as necessary, directed by chef.
• Maintain grease traps and log in journal.
• Polish silver as assigned.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, push, pull 50 pounds.
