Qualifications

• Culinary graduate helpful.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all levels of food production.
• Order daily production supplies.
• Monitor quality and cleanliness.
• Oversee rotation of product and its usage.
• Clear concise communication with chef and line staff.
• Develop recipes, cost sheets and style sheets for menus.
• Set standards, company and department.
• Attend meetings and manage scheduling when needed.
