Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a fast-paced, upscale environment.
• Strong cooking and knife handling skills.
• Ability to execute all menu items and deliver top quality dishes.

Responsibilities

• Set up stations per guidelines; maintain safe, clean work area.
• Prepare items across pantry, fry station, and other kitchen areas.
• Assist with inventory to support food cost control.
• Monitor temps and quality to minimize waste and control costs.
• Support senior chefs during service and pre/post shifts.
