Responsibilities

• Prepare food products needed for service.
• Assist in training new employees under supervision of the Sous Chefs and the Cook II.
• Maintain a clean workstation and keep areas clean while performing duties.
• Monitor food inventories needed for service for the Front Line Menu's.
• Follow directions set forth by the Executive Chef and Sous Chef.
