Responsibilities

• Responsible in preparing food products needed for service.
• Assist in training new employees under the supervision of the Sous Chefs and the Cook II.
• Maintain a clean workstation and practice clean as you go.
• Follow directions set forth by the Executive Chef and Sous Chef.
• Be aware of food inventories needed for service for the Front Line Menu's.
