Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must be able to obtain Missouri Gaming License and Servers License.
• Must communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Take customers orders for the food and beverage.
• Serve food and beverage in a cheerful, efficient manner.
• Maintain customer service standards applicable in the restaurant.
• Remove customers' soiled plates after dining.
• When no busser is present, buss, clean, and reset tables.
• Take all customer complaints to the supervisor or manager present.
• Perform side-work duties on a daily basis and as assigned by lead or supervisor.
• Clean-up server side of line in the kitchen after each shift when no expeditor is present.
• Follow cleaning lists posted weekly by supervisor and sign off on them.
• Keep work stations and floor stations clean as possible at all times in accordance with the Missouri Health Sanitation’s Laws and Safety.
