Job summary

Responsibilities

• Exceed First Class Service standards to guests, partners, and peers.
• Follow recipes and directions for preparing, seasoning, cooking, tasting, carving and serving food items.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety laws and regulations.
• Sample products, follow menus, estimate food requirements and plan production accordingly.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and proper storage/rotation of items.
• Assist with ordering, planning and restocking of food supplies.
• Report equipment repairs to management and support training of new staff.
