Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in a fast-paced, upscale environment.
• Strong understanding of professional cooking and knife handling.
• Proven ability to execute all menu items on all stations.

Responsibilities

• Produce consistent and quality dishes in fast-paced environments across stations.
• Prepare pantry, fry station, and other kitchen items while honoring allergy requests and dish alterations.
• Assist with inventory to support sustainable food cost.
