Responsibilities

• Produce consistent, high-quality dishes on all stations in a fast-paced environment.
• Prepare pantry, fry, and other kitchen items while respecting allergy requests and dish alterations.
• Assist with inventory to support sustainable food costs.
• Set up stations per kitchen guidelines; maintain clean, organized work areas.
