Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in food production and kitchen operations desirable.
• Ability to follow safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepares food on hot or cold production line following recipe methods.
• Prepares items from recipes for daily restaurant service.
• Coordinates production needs with supervisor and PM staff.
• Performs basic food prep tasks such as sandwiches, salads and beverages.
• Ensures proper labeling, dating and storage of food items.
