Key Responsibilities

Prepare food items according to production requirements and quality standards, maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant and banquets setting.

Ideal Candidate

Minimum of one year of experience as a line cook, preferably in a hotel and banquet setting. Ability to obtain a food handler's certification. Ability to stand for long periods. Upscale dining experience is a plus. Attention to detail and high-quality standards. Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
