Overview

As a Cook, you will play a vital role in our restaurant team, preparing delicious meals according to our recipes and plating specifications to ensure a memorable dining experience. Your responsibilities include prepping, cooking, dressing dishes, and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of your work area.

Responsibilities
  1. Set up workstations with ingredients and equipment.
  2. Prepare ingredients such as peeling, chopping, and dicing.
  3. Recognize quality standards for ingredients.
  4. Cook meats, fish, vegetables, soups, and other hot foods accurately and efficiently.
  5. Use various utensils and grillers for cooking methods like stir-frying, grilling, roasting, baking, sautéing, poaching, and simmering.
  6. Follow recipes and plating guides for consistency.
  7. Ensure timely and high-quality food output.
  8. Maintain a sanitized and organized kitchen environment.
  9. Assist with storage, rotation, and proper cleaning of kitchen equipment.
  10. Practice safe work habits to prevent injuries.
  11. Adhere to health and safety regulations.
  12. Support other kitchen positions as needed.
  13. Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.
