LodgeWorks is actively hiring for a Line Cook. The Line Cook is responsible for preparing, seasoning and cooking menu and non-menu orders according to LodgeWorks specifications.

The position cleans and sanitizes all work areas, including kitchens, food preparation, dish washing, storage, service and other areas as directed by management. The Line Cook follows safe food handling and service practices and works closely with the Sales staff to service guests, meeting rooms, events, catering,

Responsibilities

• Prepare, season and cook menu and non-menu orders as per LodgeWorks specifications
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all work areas, equipment and storage
• Follow safety procedures and MSDS/OSHA standards
• Assist in service for meetings, events, catering, restaurants and bars
• Control waste and monitor food inventories and portion sizes
• Support daily side work with enthusiasm and teamwork
