Job summary

The Kelly Birmingham, part of the Tapestry Collection by Hilton, is seeking a PT Cook to join our Culinary team. You will prepare dishes according to recipes, manage portions, and help maintain cleanliness in the kitchen while delivering a memorable guest experience in a busy hotel environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Culinary or Apprenticeship program preferred.
• Managers Food Handlers Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Minimize spoilage and waste through product rotation.
• Monitor food, produce, and cooking supply levels for timely reorders.
• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of refrigeration, storage, and work areas.
