Job summary

Valor Hospitality is seeking a Line Cook (FT or PT) for The Valley Hotel, Curio by Hilton in Birmingham, AL. You will support multiple stations (broiler, sauté, fry, pantry, expeditor) ensuring high-quality, visually appealing dishes and strict sanitation.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare culinary items for guests at The Valley Hotel kitchen line.
• Cook across broiler, sauté, fry, pantry and expeditor stations.
• Ensure food quality, portion control and timely plating.
• Label, date and rotate perishables; maintain clean work area.
• Assist in inventory, mise en place and line setup.
