Key Accountabilities

• Make each meal visually appealing and flavorful. Use your signature flair to turn high standards into memorable meals for every guest.
• Own your kitchen area — manage supplies and equipment efficiently, and minimize waste.
• Report unsafe equipment, low supplies, or safety incidents to your supervisor or duty manager.
• Follow safety procedures and wear protective equipment to help create a safe environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards that meet or exceed local laws.
• Assist with washing dishes and other kitchen duties as needed.
• Enhance guest experience by providing assistance or advice when asked.
• Wear your uniform proudly.
• Perform other duties as required to support the team.

• Physical strength — capable of lifting, pushing, and pulling objects up to 50 lbs (23 kg), involving bending and kneeling.
• Literacy — good reading, writing, and basic math skills.
