Job summary

Craft Culinary Concepts is seeking a Cook III for flexible, event-based work at Arizona stadiums and venues. You will support high-volume kitchens by preparing ingredients, following recipes, and maintaining quality and safety across multiple stations.

Ideal candidates have 6 months of kitchen experience, basic knife skills, and the drive to grow in a fast-paced culinary team. This role offers varied shifts, teamwork, and opportunities to learn from seasoned professionals in a dynamic event

Qualifications

• 6 months of food preparation or kitchen experience preferred.
• Basic knife skills and familiarity with commercial kitchen equipment.
• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow recipes, prep lists, timelines, and verbal instructions.
• Strong work ethic with a team-first attitude.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality in an event-driven environment.
• Valid Maricopa County Food Handler's Card (or ability to obtain one before employment).

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and menu items per recipes and schedules.
• Assist with grill, prep, line, or banquet production as assigned.
• Follow BEOs and recipes to ensure on-time preparation.
• Maintain proper food temperatures during prep and service.
• Rotate, label, date and store products using FIFO.
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and stocked.
• Communicate inventory needs and quality concerns to leadership.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing deliveries.
• Support teammates and operate multiple stations as needed.
• Complete opening, closing, and daily cleaning duties.
• Perform additional duties to support kitchen operations.
