Job summary

Omakase Restaurant Group's Dumpling Time Thrive City in San Francisco is seeking a reliable Line Cook to join a high-volume kitchen team. You will prep ingredients, operate stations, and help maintain quality during busy events at Chase Center-adjacent Thrive City.

Open shifts include AM and PM, with both part-time and full-time opportunities, and a supportive team culture. We offer competitive hourly wages plus tips, medical-dental-vision coverage, 401(k) with company match, and dining

Qualifications

Prior line cook or kitchen prep experience in a high-volume restaurant setting.
Open availability for mixed shifts, including lunches and dinners.
Schedule flexibility to adapt to event calendars at Chase Center.
Punctual, dependable, and consistent with shift attendance.
Ability to learn menu items quickly and multitask under pressure.

Responsibilities

Preps ingredients, sauces, and line stations according to restaurant specs and recipes.
Operates cooking stations (wok, steamer, fry, or assembly) efficiently during high-volume service.
Maintains speed, accuracy, and consistent food quality during peak event rushes.
Keeps prep areas, line stations, and equipment clean, sanitized, and organized.
Follows all health department codes, proper food handling, and safe kitchen practices.
Communicates effectively with teammates and kitchen management to keep ticket times low.
Assists with opening/closing station breakdown, restocking, and kitchen cleanup.
