Dumpling Time Thrive City in San Francisco is seeking a reliable Line Cook to join our fast-paced kitchen team. You will prep ingredients, operate stations, and help keep service smooth during high-volume events at Chase Center.

Qualifications

• Experience as line cook or kitchen prep in high-volume restaurant settings.
• Open availability including weekends and holidays.
• Flexible schedule around event calendars at Chase Center.
• Punctual, dependable, and able to multitask under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Preps ingredients, sauces, and line stations according to restaurant specs and recipes.
• Operates cooking stations (wok, steamer, fry, or assembly) efficiently during high-volume service.
• Maintains speed, accuracy, and consistent food quality during peak event rushes.
• Keeps prep areas, line stations, and equipment clean, sanitized, and organized.
• Follows all health department codes, proper food handling, and safe kitchen practices.
• Communicates effectively with teammates and kitchen management to keep ticket times low.
• Assists with opening/closing station breakdown, restocking, and kitchen cleanup.
