You will set up stations, measure ingredients, and cook using various methods to achieve proper serving temperatures. Strong teamwork and reliability are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a cook or in a related role.
• Knowledge of basic food preparation, cooking methods, and food safety regulations.
• Must be able to obtain food safety certification.
• Demonstrates basic math and counting skills.
• Interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work under pressure and address crises.
• Basic Microsoft Office experience and ability.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prepare a variety of food according to guidelines and recipes.
• Set up workstation with ingredients and equipment.
• Prepare ingredients by measuring, weighing, chopping, and peeling.
• Safely use knives and operate ovens, stoves, slicers, mixers, etc.
