You will ensure a clean, sanitary kitchen, follow food safety regulations, and support daily operations by stocking, organizing stations, and assisting with inventory management as needed.

• Complete daily food preparation, stocking, and station setup to ensure smooth meal service.

• Assist with inventory management, portion control, and minimizing food waste.
• Work collaboratively with servers, bartenders, and fellow kitchen associates to deliver timely, accurate orders.
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, workstations, and food preparation areas.
• Remain flexible and assist with other kitchen duties as needed to support daily operations.
