Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare all food items per standard recipes to ensure consistency and quality.
• Ensure proper storage, rotation, and labeling of ingredients for freshness.
• Monitor kitchen equipment and maintain cleanliness and operation readiness.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation throughout the shift.
• Assist the chef in food prep, menu execution, and product placement.
• Adhere to gaming laws, internal controls, and company policies.
• Provide outstanding guest service to guests and team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
