• Monitor kitchen equipment and refrigeration units to ensure cleanliness and operational condition.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift; perform general kitchen cleaning tasks as assigned.
• Assist the chef in food preparation, menu execution, and proper product placement.
• Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner and adhere to the company guest service culture.
