Qualifications

• 1 year of cooking experience in a high-volume or fast-paced kitchen.
• Strong knife skills and ability to handle kitchen tools with precision and safety.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the guest service culture.
• Prepare all food items in accordance with standard recipes or supervisor direction to ensure consistency and quality.
• Ensure proper storage, rotation, and labeling of ingredients to maintain freshness and food safety standards.
• Monitor kitchen equipment and refrigeration units to ensure cleanliness and operational condition.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift; perform general kitchen cleaning tasks as assigned.
• Assist the chef in food preparation, menu execution, and proper product placement.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position.
• Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company's guest service culture standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned
