Qualifications

• Previous Line Cook experience required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items to spec.
• Receive and check product deliveries.
• Label, date, and refrigerate prepped items.
• Open and close duties; stock and breakdown stations.
• Maintain clean organized kitchen and kitchen areas.
• Read order tickets and ensure correct items.
