Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Making prep recipes and cooking menu products to spec.
• Receiving and ordering product.
• Labeling, dating, covering and refrigerating prepped items.
• Performing opening, closing & side duties and setting up stations.
• Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen and back dock.
• Practicing safety and sanitation standards.
• Reading order tickets or Kitchen Display System.
• Assembling orders and ensuring product quality and specs.
