Hash House A Go Go in Las Vegas is seeking a Line Cook who thrives in a high-energy kitchen where creativity meets precision and every dish leaves the pass looking legendary.

You will own your station during peak service, cook across grill, sauté, fry, and broiler, and plate with bold presentation while following food-safety standards. We value teamwork, strong communication, and a willing mindset to grow with us.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of kitchen experience in a fast-paced environment.
• At least 6 months in a similar line cook role.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with BOH and FOH teams.
• A sense of urgency without sacrificing quality.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Own your station during high-volume service while staying cool, focused, and dialed in.
• Prepare and cook menu items across multiple stations including grill, sauté, fry, and broiler.
• Execute recipes with consistency while maintaining our elevated presentation.
• Plate and garnish dishes with attention to detail and visual impact.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace throughout your shift.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department standards like second nature.
• Close down your station properly and contribute to a strong team finish.
• Bring ideas, energy, and a team-first mindset to every shift.
