Qualifications

• 2+ years of kitchen experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication with BOH and FOH teams.
• Sense of urgency without sacrificing quality.
• Detail-oriented plating and presentation.
• Able to multitask and stay organized under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Own your station during high-volume service and stay focused.
• Prepare and cook menu items across grill, sauté, fry, and broiler.
• Execute recipes with consistency and elevated presentation.
• Plate and garnish with visual impact; keep station ready.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards; label and rotate foods.
• Close down station and contribute to a strong team finish.
