Job summary

True Food Kitchen in Las Vegas is seeking an experienced Line Cook to join a fast-paced kitchen. You will prep, cook, and plate dishes across stations such as Pantry, Pastry, Pizza, Wok, Sauté, and Grill, with experience across stations a plus.

The role requires 6+ months in a high-volume setting, strong knife skills, and a passion for quality presentation. Shifts include nights, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities for growth and professional development.

Qualifications

• 6+ months in a high-volume restaurant (preferred).
• Exceptional knife skills and recipe execution.
• Passion for great food and quality presentation.
• Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Teamwork, speed, and organization under pressure.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare starters, entrées, pizzas, and more.
• Follow portions, recipes, and quality standards.
• Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized.
• Assist with prep, opening/closing, and smooth operations.
• Operate ovens, stoves, grills and other kitchen equipment.
• Prepare ingredients by portioning, chopping, weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients.
• Wash and disinfect kitchen, tables, tools, knives, and equipment.
