HashHouse a Go Go-International Drive in Orlando, FL is seeking a Line Cook to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen. You will own your station during peak service, grill/sauté/fry/broil items, and plate with elevated presentation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of kitchen experience in a fast-paced environment.
• At least 6 months in a similar line cook role.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work seamlessly with BOH and FOH teams.
• A sense of urgency without sacrificing quality.
• A sharp eye for detail, especially in plating and presentation.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Own your station during high-volume service while staying cool, focused, and dialed in.
• Prepare and cook menu items across multiple stations including grill, sauté, fry, and broiler.
• Execute recipes with consistency while maintaining our signature oversized, elevated presentation.
• Plate and garnish dishes with attention to detail and visual impact.
• Keep your station stocked, prepped, and service-ready at all times.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace throughout your shift.
• Handle food storage, rotation, and labeling with precision.
• Support prep and team needs during slower periods.
• Close down your station properly and contribute to a strong team finish.
• Bring ideas, energy, and a team-first mindset to every shift.
