What You’ll Do

• Own your station during high-volume service while staying cool, focused, and dialed in
• Prepare and cook menu items across multiple stations including grill, sauté, fry, and broiler
• Execute recipes with consistency while maintaining our signature oversized, elevated presentation
• Plate and garnish dishes with attention to detail and visual impact
• Keep your station stocked, prepped, and service-ready at all times
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department standards like second nature
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace throughout your shift
• Handle food storage, rotation, and labeling with precision
• Support prep and team needs during slower periods
• Close down your station properly and contribute to a strong team finish
• Bring ideas, energy, and a team-first mindset to every shift

QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of kitchen experience in a fast-paced environment
• At least 6 months in a similar line cook role
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work seamlessly with BOH and FOH teams
• A sense of urgency without sacrificing quality
• A sharp eye for detail, especially in plating and presentation
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• A positive attitude and a passion for food, teamwork, and growth
