Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and cook dishes to specifications.
• Follow standardized recipes and portion controls.
• Read and execute kitchen orders promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen.
• Operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves and fryers safely.
• Close station and ensure kitchen security at shift end.
• Coordinate with dishwashers to replenish cookware.
• Model company service basics and report unsafe conditions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
