Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant experience, grill noted.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs regularly.
• Fast-paced kitchen experience with focus on quality.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.

Responsibilities

• Prepares all food items according to SOP.
• Ensures quality of products served.
• Follows standard portion sizes, cooking methods and kitchen rules.
• Stocks and maintains line station supplies.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary work station area.
• Handles, stores and rotates products properly.
• Assists in food prep during peak and off-peak periods as needed.
• Closes the kitchen following the closing checklist; attends team meetings.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the kitchen manager.
