Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepares all food items according to SOP.
• Assumes responsibility for quality of products served.
• Maintains proper portion sizes, cooking methods, and kitchen rules.
• Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of ingredients at line stations.
• Keeps work stations clean and sanitary, including equipment.
• Rotates and stores products properly.
• Assists in off-peak food prep as needed.
• Closes the kitchen properly and assists in closing tasks.
• Attends team meetings and offers improvements.
• Performs other duties as assigned by kitchen manager.
