Responsibilities

• Prepares all food items according to SOP.
• Ensures quality and portion control of all dishes.
• Maintains clean, sanitary work station and equipment.
• Stocks and rotates food at line stations.
• Assists in food prep during peak periods.
• Closes kitchen properly and follows closing procedures.
• Attends team meetings and contributes improvement ideas.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by kitchen manager.
