Job summary

Main Event Entertainment in Lexington, KY is seeking a Line Cook who is passionate about our ingredients, food quality standards and delivering a consistent guest experience. You will prep and cook menu items according to recipes, maintain a clean, stocked station, and work with the Service Team to ensure timely, accurate service.

Requirements include at least 6 months of Line Cook/Prep Cook experience, the ability to work days, nights and weekends, and a Food Handlers Certification where

Qualifications

• Must have 6 months of Line Cook/Prep Cook experience.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Availability to workdays, nights and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Upholding cleanliness and safety standards.
• Prepping and cooking all menu items according to recipes and standards.
• Working with the Service Team to ensure timely, accurate service.
• Adhering to health department food safety procedures.
• Operating kitchen equipment safely.
• Maintaining a stocked station before and after shifts.
• Performing opening, mid-day or closing duties.
