Responsibilities

• Prep, mix, and cook vegetables, proteins, and grains using recipes as a guide.
• Gain exposure to different kitchen stations (garde manger, grill, roast, market line, delivery).
• Talk to guests about menu, seasonality, and ingredients to enhance their experience.
• Support the team during peak and off-peak service.
• Meet physical requirements including lifting up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Uphold DIG food safety standards and anti-discrimination policies.
