Dave & Buster’s is seeking a line cook to craft high-quality menu items and ensure guest safety through proper food preparation. You will work in a fast-paced, guest-focused setting, following recipes, and maintaining station cleanliness while delivering a memorable dining and entertainment experience.

Ideal candidates are reliable, communicative, and able to adapt to flexible schedules, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen experience preferred, but not required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Friendly and able to smile while working days, nights and/or weekends as required.
• Able to clearly communicate with other team members.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items by recipe and to specification.
• Follow prep sheets to ensure freshest product and minimize waste.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas.
• Safely operate kitchen equipment and use chemicals correctly.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Assist other team members as needed to support busy periods.
