Responsibilities

• Responsible for the preparation of food items.
• Kitchen has Line Cook positions in Salad, Fry, Sauté, Grill and Make Up, plus Kitchen Prep Cooks.
• Maintain equipment and keep kitchen areas clean.
• Work as a team to meet standards in preparation and delivery of food items.
• Prepare food with proper safety equipment, tools, and recipe standards.
• Restock kitchen and cook line as needed.
• Commit to food safety, cleanliness and job safety standards.
• Demonstrate teamwork by supporting all areas of the restaurant as needed.
