Qualifications

• California-based positions require Responsible Beverage Service Certifications within training period.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items quickly and accurately per menu.
• Work in various kitchen stations (Salad, Fry, Sauté, Grill, Make Up, Prep).
• Maintain equipment and keep surroundings clean.
• Work as a team to meet standards in preparation and delivery of food.
• Use proper safety equipment, tools and recipe standards.
• Restock kitchen and cook line as needed.
• Uphold food safety, cleanliness, sanitation and job safety standards.
• Support other restaurant areas as needed.
