Job summary

Out West Restaurant Group, the largest Outback Steakhouse franchisee in the U.S., is hiring for kitchen roles in California. You will prepare food across Salad, Fry, Sauté, Grill and Make Up stations, delivering speed and accuracy while upholding safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Work in hot and cold environments.
• Stand for up to 8 hours per shift.
• Manual dexterity for glassware and kitchen tools.
• Able to move quickly in a fast-paced kitchen.
• For CA positions: BEVERAGE SERVICE CERTIFICATIONS within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Prepare diverse food items with speed and accuracy.
• Work in Salad, Fry, Sauté, Grill and Make Up stations.
• Maintain equipment and keep kitchen area clean.
• Collaborate with team to meet quality standards.
• Follow safety equipment usage and recipe standards.
• Restock lineup as needed and support restaurant operations.
