Belmont Village Oak Park is seeking a Line Cook to support our senior living community kitchen. You will prepare meals from scratch, follow recipes, and manage multiple orders while maintaining high presentation and quality standards for residents and guests.

The role requires reliable, team-oriented individuals who communicate clearly in English and can work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months Line Cook experience in a high-volume restaurant setting.
• Must communicate clearly in verbal and written English.

Responsabilités

• Prepare meals from scratch according to assigned recipe specifications and quality standards.
• Follow recipes, manage portion control and ensure attractive plate presentation.
• Properly manage cook times while preparing and efficiently managing several orders simultaneously.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the kitchen ensuring compliance with regulations, policies and procedures.
• Follow checklists to ensure kitchen is stocked and well maintained at all times.
• Make hospitality, customer service, and resident satisfaction priorities in every interaction.
