Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age to operate kitchen equipment.
• 1 yr. previous kitchen / culinary / chef experience in high volume kitchen is preferred.
• Experience with kitchen equipment including but not limited to knives, slicer, mixer, stoves, and ovens required.
• Flexible to work a variety of shifts.

Responsibilities

• Run line and prep duties in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Maintain proper food temps and sanitation, and assist with opening/closing duties.
