Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age to operate kitchen equipment.
• Previous kitchen/culinary experience is preferred, but not required.
• Experience and knowledge of kitchen equipment including but not limited to knives, slicer, mixer, stoves, and ovens required.
• Flexible to work a variety of shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute food recipes to company standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized prep station and kitchen.
• Support line cooks and other kitchen staff during service.
• Follow proper sanitation protocols.
• Open and close duties as assigned.
