Responsibilities include coordinating with team members, managing protein tickets, and ensuring proper temps while maintaining sanitation and cleanliness. Opening and closing duties are expected.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 18 years of age to operate kitchen equipment.
• 1 yr. previous kitchen / culinary / chef experience is preferred, but not required.
• Experience and knowledge of kitchen equipment including knives, slicer, mixer, stoves and ovens.
• Flexible to work a variety of shifts.
