Qualifications

• Active food handler certification or ability to obtain one.
• Willing to work day/night and weekend shifts.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Independent worker.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift at least 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist Chef in production and food preparation across kitchen areas.
• Maintain sanitized, orderly kitchen environment.
• Prepare ingredients and follow recipes to spec.
• Minimize food waste through cross-utilization.
• Work with culinary leadership to develop seasonal menus.
