Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a motivated cook for the La Quinta Resort and Club culinary team. You will work under the culinary leadership to prepare ingredients, learn multiple cooking methods, and support menu development reflecting seasonal concepts.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of professional kitchen experience, is certified or able to obtain a food handler’s permit, and can work day/night and weekend shifts while maintaining a clean, safe kitchen environment.

Qualifikationen

• 2–3 years of culinary experience in a professional kitchen.
• Active Food handler’s certification or ability to obtain it.
• Must be willing to work a variety of day/night and weekend shifts.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift at least 50 pounds.

Aufgaben

• Develop knowledge of cooking procedures (grill, sauté, fry) and standard recipes.
• Prepare ingredients and read/recreate recipes with precision.
• Maintain sanitation and orderly kitchen workspace.
• Minimize food waste through cross-utilization and proper storage.
• Collaborate with culinary leadership to create menu concepts reflecting seasonal availability.
